Simply sitting and thinking about people including me…Does it really matter what I was till yesterday? or it only matters what I am today. Yesterday has been passed and today what I am, is the only thing matters for me or any one’s life. The same theory is not applied in the case of Mind Conditioning coz whatever our mind has conceived until yesterday did matter today. Kaizen…Continuous Insight Improvement by Conditioning our Mind using the Teaching & Techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).SMall changes lead to Bigger Life Transformation through NLP Techniques & Methods.

Whatever our reality today, is the continuous conditioning of our mind, whatever we speak, see, discuss, think, everything is the part of this gradual process of mind Conditioning. I know what to think, what to speak, and what to think always, that keeps me in the state created by me only.

Everything can be learn, understand and done with perfection, Self believe and faith is the only thing required. I have seen people around me, living in dissatisfaction and always complaining about People, God and Life, always force me to think…who can improve the living standard of their lives?? Only they can, but most of them are far away of this reality and living life in fear, complain, poverty…in the state, they have chosen for them self.

I am also surrounded by the people who live the life, the way they wanted to live…in joy peace and prosperity…even they are not aware of this reality that all these things have been achieved by the gradual process of mind conditioning.

Such observations thrill me in life and push me more to know the other side of life. Everything we want is only the state of mind and lies on the other side of the thin line. Crossing that thin line is the biggest challenge that we face in our daily lives but we can cross that thin line in daily life by challenging our self and can become habitual of it. For centuries, the Japanese have promoted this philosophy of continuous improvement to all aspects of life, known as “Kaizen…Continuous Insight Improvement.” In recent decades, American business leaders have started to recognize the impact of kaizen and applying the methods and techniques to improve their business processes…Let’s Improve our lives and live the life we have chosen for us.
